  This has always been one of my favorite stores. I have received wonderful customer service and friendly staff.. even a few minutes after closing if time passed and I didn't know they were closing or they at least made sure you could hear the intercom. ..tonight.however.. .it was so different and they were extremely rude. I have family in retail and I understand wanting to go homes but follow company protocols and be friendly . Tonight.. they made several announcements but they were so quiet and mumbling that I figured they were talking to each other.... not customers. When I got up tho the register .. they announced they were closed it was 8:59. and would not check me out. I had been in the store for over an hour and had over 200.00 in my basket. One outfit was for a birthday present the next day. The little girl at the register would not even hold the items so I could come back!! I asked for a manager which she said they did not have on sight. I will give all of my money to Cato if that is how they want to be. I still had 1 min and they did not make customers alerted appropriately.

  luv this store,im hard to fit and they always have my size. store is clean,employees friendly and helpful.
