  I shopped in this store today more confused about what looks good what fit and what I should buy than ever. Thanks to your employee Renee. I found two outfits and some accessories. She came with me to the try on room. Told me what looks good how I could accessorize what I was choosing and I couldn't be more pleased. Renée is an exceptional employee. In my opinion you should be proud. She's part of your team.

  I called the store looking for an item that I had seen in the Kingsport store, but they no longer had. I described it to the employee who answered the phone with the department it was in, the color, size, and price it was. She immediately said "no I don't think I've seen any of those" knowing she didn't even bother to look back in the department for the item I drove 45 minutes to Elizabethton to check myself and they had 4 of them out on the floor. So I'm frustrated that she didn't bother to look but I'm grateful they ended up having some since I had already made the drive.
