  The communication was great and check in was easy, however I don't feel like the listing was accurate. We paid a lot of money for a condo that was in terrible condition. My baby's hands and feet were black as soon as we put her down to play in the living room, something we thought we should be able to do without worry. Everything was really run down and outdated. I would recommend Beach Bums but would avoid their condo at Blue Surf

  We didn’t stay here because the owner pulled the house out from under us after already paying deposit. Wasted hours of searching Airbnb to be left with no house to use

  Nice condo, convenient location with 2 minute walk to the water. Great neighborhood for walking. Beautiful beach! Would highly recommend!

  The Coastal Rose was a beautiful cottage home! Our family of 9 was comfortable in the home. The location was a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located. The golf carts made for quick easy access to the beach. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

  Excellent experience! We stay in SanDestin every year and have always booked through the resort by default. I stumbled across Beach Bums before booking this year, and glad I did. We found much better prices without any sacrifices; our condo was perfect. Additionally, our condo included a new six-seater golf cart at no extra charge, whereas booking through the resort in years past has always incurred an additional $120 per night cart rental. Our condo also included a once daily free activity. One option is Emerald Bay Golf Club. Very nice course; the back nine is fantastic, with several gorgeous water views.
