This is our second project with BDry. The first one had some shortcomings and we were not very happy. That said, the system worked for area it was installed in.
Enter new ownership and nearly an entirely new work crew and it was a completely different experience. All of the crew worked hard and completed the project on time. In fact, they were finished a little earlier than promised.

How much does basement waterproofing cost?
There isn’t an easy answer to this question. A simple repair for a leaking crack in a basement wall may only be a few hundred dollars. Installation of a full perimeter waterproofing system in a large basement can be several thousand dollars.
What are the signs of a basement leak?
There are many things that indicate the presence of water in a basement. The most obvious sign is visible water on the basement floor or wet carpet in the basement. Other not-so-obvious signs of a basement leak include: musty smells, insects, rust, cracks in the walls or floors, mold, peeling paint and rotting structure.
How do you deal with interior drainage?
Waterproofing a basement from the inside is typically the best option for most homes because it’s typically more cost-effective and less disruptive than exterior excavation. Interior drainage systems are also known as french drains. A french drain works by creating an underground channel to divert water away from your basement wall. This can be done either by digging a trench around your foundation or by using a product called waterproofing membrane.
Waterproofing membranes are thin sheets of plastic that you place over the top of your concrete slab before pouring new concrete. These membranes work by keeping water from seeping into your basement walls. In order to install a french drain, you need to dig a hole around the perimeter of your foundation. You then install a pipe that directs water away from your house. Once this pipe is installed, you connect it to a sump pump to remove any extra water.
What is basement waterproofing?
Basement waterproofing refers to a set of techniques used to prevent water from entering your basement. This means your basement stays dry throughout the year, making it more functional.
It’s common practice to waterproof basement walls during the time of construction. Or, if you have an older home, leaks and cracks may have already developed.
