  Bayonne was an amazing place to live! My husband and I lived there for almost 5 years and we loved it! The staff was always so friendly and helpful. Orders were completed quickly, efficiently and with care. Our AC went down after hours and by that night we were cool again. Bayonne is on it when it comes to up keeping the AC units and pest control. The front office staff is very welcoming and cares about getting to know their residents. Other places don’t take care of you like the staff at Bayonne. Yes, things can go wrong but the staff always did a great job of informing the residents about issues or discrepancies. Parking is plentiful. Travel to and from tiger stadium on game days was a breeze! Imagine that! We have moved out of state but we recommend anyone who is looking in BTR to try out Bayonne.

  Exceptional....!!! Simply REMARKABLE...!! From our very first tour of the property in May 2025 with Aja Sheppard, we were blown away with her outstanding Professionalism, warm welcome, and tremendous knowledge of the property and all of it's awesome amenities. Needless to say we were extremely impressed and ready to lease. It did not end there because Aja and Mikki-Layla Thomas kept us in the loop every step of the way during the application process and waiting list. No matter who we contacted Aja or Mikki-Layla they were always available and answered all of our questions with a wonderful smile, upbeat and sincere politeness. Both Aja and Mikki-Layla are Amazing and Bayonne at Southshore are so very fortunate to have them as Assistant Managers as their value to this property and company are immeasurable. We met Manager Danny on move-in day and he was just as impressive. We are so thankful that our daughter and her roommate will be living here under such an outstanding Management Team. They are The Best and the top reason we all agreed as a family to reside here at Bayonne at Southshore. Thank you Aja, Mikki-Layla and Danny for making our daughter feel right at home on day one!! This property is second to none! It is Beautiful, quiet and it feels extremely safe.

  Miss Anita & Miss Nikki were so helpful & professional with the lease & move in process. They took many questions from our family that moved across the country and knows nothing about Baton Rouge. It made our move seamless & a wonderful experience. They were both delightful & the best at what they do!

  The staff is INCREDIBLE! I have been dealing with Karli and Tabitha and these two are a pleasure to talk to. Informative and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate. Management companies are typically a pain in the butt to deal with (I should know, I own one) but these two really made my experience a pleasure. If any of the staff is looking to relocate to Illinois please let me know! Thank you so much!!
