My first time using Bay State Sewage. I had them pump and also install a riser cover. The technicians were prompt and knowledgeable.

We had a great experience with Bay State Sewage Disposal. The process was seamless from start to finish, and the cost was very reasonable. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and offering excellent advice on how to maintain our septic tank for the future. Highly recommend their services!

Emergency repair of septic system on a weekend. The technician arrived quickly and fixed our problem (which turned out to be pretty complicated). Great service.

Bay State (Our Septic) Sewage Disposal provided a professional, efficient and personal experience. We recently moved to Cape Cod from the Pacific Northwest. Besides wanting a "fresh start" in our septic tank we also were interested in how the system function. Along with locating, pumping and cleaning our tank the technician explained the components of the system and distribution.

West Harwich - Setting up the appointment was very easy with the office staff. The driver/technician did an excellent job digging up and replacing the sod when the pumping was completed. He also did a very good job explaining the the condition of the tank, future steps, etc.

My business has several locations. Will you be able to provide commercial septic and grease service for each of my locations?

How often should I have my outside grease tank serviced?

However, we can give you a more accurate frequency requirement once we learn more about your system and business. If you need commercial septic system pumping or grease trap maintenance, give us a call today!
How often should I have septic pumping services performed?
Every commercial application differs. More frequent pumping is recommended if your system is aging, handles a great deal of water, or is not performing as it should be. Contact us today for an estimate, and we can tell you more about how often you need commercial septic system pumping.
Why do you pump the entire tank?
Some of our clients wonder why we don’t just skim the tank, but that approach doesn’t remove sludge from the bottom of the tank. As your tank ages, this sludge builds up and takes up valuable space. In order to prolong the life and performance of your tank, we recommend pumping the entire tank. Come to us when you need residential or commercial septic pumping.
How many gallons can you hold in your truck?
Bay State Sewage is fortunate to have an extensive fleet, with trucks ranging in capacity from 3,600 gallons to 9,000 gallons. In other words, we’ll have no problem handling your project. Contact us when you need residential or commercial septic system pumping!
