- PJPaul JSep 30, 20255.0Frankie dropped us off at Logan a week ago. Outstanding job. Now to top that he just picked us up at Logan one week later. Super neat ce and friendly. Attentive to our luggage and opening doors. He then went above and beyond. 1 Mile out of the airport I got an alert on my phone that I left my cell phone behind. He took the first u-turn and got me back to the bench I was sitting at within a couple minutes. There it was, my phone sitting on the bench. I couldn’t be happier. When I tell you not to waste time with Uber and Lyft, there is no comparison. This is the best way to go.

The driver made completely inappropriate comments and even swore at me. I was shocked and deeply uncomfortable — this behavior is beyond unprofessional. I will NEVER be using this service solely off the poor interaction I had with this rude man. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company (or atleast this driver) at all costs. Your safety and peace of mind are worth more.
