We recently hired Bay Area Floors & Design for the installation of new hardwood floors and carpets and had the best customer experience ever. The entire process was super easy, Lori - the owner, was great. She came to our house to see the work, provided advice on the selection and kept us informed of the next steps. The installers, were very friendly and professional. Overall a great experience.

Nice flooring choices, helpful staff. They let you take big 2x2 samples home to lay down and pick colors. In the end, they did our kitchen floor, and we were happy with the entire process. Scheduling, materials, workers, and workmanship, all worthy of recommendation.
