  EXCELLENCE AWARD! I had an outstanding experience with Bay Area Air Conditioning, and I can’t say enough good things about both the company and technician Bill (#981). From the very first phone call, the office staff (Lisa, Kelly and Kel) provided exceptional customer service—friendly, helpful, and quick to get me scheduled. I was especially impressed that they were able to send someone out the very same day. When Bill arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue with my system clearly, walked me through the repair options, and answered all of my questions with patience and honesty. Bill worked efficiently and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving, even offering helpful tips for maintaining my system in the future. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent office support with top-notch technicians, but Bay Area Air Conditioning truly delivers. Bill (#981) went above and beyond, and I now feel confident knowing my air conditioning system is in the best hands. I highly recommend Bay Area Air Conditioning—and if you’re lucky enough to get Bill, you’ll receive outstanding service from start to finish!
