  Technician Daniel E. of Bay Area AC was very polite, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He had the unit diagnosed within a few minutes and repaired it quickly. Parts are expensive, but service is always top notch.

  Joseph was our technician today. We had our semi annual heat exchanger maintenance check up. As always, we found Joseph to be very polite and professional. He explains everything that was done. This company, from the office staff to the technicians, has always been very professional and prompt with their service calls. I highly recommend them.

  Malcolm arrived on time, was very professional, he explained what he was going to do and asked for any questions before he started, he got the new AC system installed in a very timely manner. He then spent all the time necessary to be sure I understood the system!

  James and his team installed a new complete AC system. The installation required rerouting copper lines, duct sealing and some wood work. The work was excellent, thorough, paid attention to detail, and not rushed. Explained the features of the new system and showed how to replace the filter. The team was very friendly and explained what they were doing and why. Highly recommend James for new installations.

  Michael and Michael were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in performing an installation of a new Carrier heat pump for me. I also would like to compliment Jim who provided the estimate and options for replacement of my heat pump. He was very professional and knowledgeable as well. Lastly, Lori was such a wonderful and knowledgeable person to work with. She handled all the scheduling and was able to work us in a day earlier as we were without any a/c. The entire process was seamless and well performed by everyone involved. I would highly recommend Bay Area Heating & Air .
