  A friend recommended Baxters to me last year & I’ll never use another company. I’ve used them 3 times so far. The first time, I was on maternity leave, our toilet was backing up into our bathroom. They came & cleared the pipes (turns out there was tree root in it). While doing this, they noticed our one furnace was leaking & replaced the valve for us! The second time, I was still on maternity leave & hadn’t even had a chance to pay for their first visit, but they still came out & fixed our problem - our second furnace was leaking BAD, lost a whole tank of oil & I was worried about CO2. I just used them again for our furnaces yearly service! They replaced what needed to be & cleared our chimney. All the staff I’ve had so far were very helpful, polite & explained the issues each time. Prices were better than I was anticipating too! Thank you Baxters team!

  They were so nice to come out on a weekend. They came two times. They fixed the problem in know time.

  I used Baxter several years ago for some repairs and installs and I was very Impressed with their service. I was impressed so much that I have been trying to include them with my new home projects but unfortunately they don't return phone calls...

  I’ve been told that Dave was suppose to come fix my heating system. He’s blown me off for weeks. I’m frustrated. Don’t use these people they waste your time
