  Pat was super helpful in evaluating some ceiling tile for asbestos. He confirmed that it was asbestos free. Other contractors were going to charge us much more for the evaluation. Thanks Baxter group!

  I had a great experience with the team at Baxter Environmental. I reached out with concerns about a wet HVAC filter and the fact that my ducts hadn’t been cleaned in years. They responded quickly and got me scheduled right away. Chris came out to assess the system, set up mold testing, and clearly explained each step. We just received a detailed report with the results, and now I feel confident that we’re handling the situation the right way. I really appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and peace of mind this team provided. Highly recommend!

  Baxter Group was hired to deodorize & remove the cigarette smell from the townhouse we were purchasing. They did not even replace the air filter. The townhouse smelled WORSE when they were done than before they ever started. Would not recommend!

  As a former Maintenance Manager of over 2000 units in the tri-state area I had no greater partner or support network than the team at Baxter Environmental Group. Their level of knowledge, experience and service is unmatched. Whether it was a mold job, lead paint or asbestos abatement or one of many disasters that could happen to a structure, the team at Baxter always made a tough situation smoother and easier to handle.
