They helped me troubleshoot an issue with hooking the trailer up to my electrical for at least a half hour until we finally figured it out. They were both very patient and kind, assisting with a smile the entire time. The customer service was superb!

He was extremely thorough and asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the right size and type of hitch. I really appreciated the questions he asked because we wouldn't have known to ask some of those ourselves! We made the install appointment, then a few weeks later (due to our schedule) dropped off the vehicle the night before, for install the next day. On install day I got a call from Jake, telling me that there was a problem with the hitch that came in from the mfr, that we had to reschedule because they had to order a replacement. Although it was frustrating to have a delay, it was clear from the communication that they took this issue seriously; they called me just a couple days later with the new hitch so we could get the install completed. Pricing quoted in advance matched what I was charged at the end (that's always good) and Marcus, Jake, and Jordan at the front counter were all very professional and friendly. This didn't go as smoothly as everyone would have liked, but sometimes it's when things don't go well that you see more about how a business operates. The only negative (if you're going to push me for something) would be - there's not an obvious amount of parking because they also have U-Haul's. But I would recommend you call them if you need a hitch installed.
