Our insurance tried to give us 6k and would not assist in anything further. We were stuck trying to play the game against the insurance company to get our basement back, but we didn't know the rules. Bauer went to bat on our behalf. They played the game, their way, and got our basement fixed up better than it was before. They were fantastic to work with and made the entire process easy for us. Water restoration, fire restoration, flood restoration, there's nobody else I'd call. These guy's are top notch.

Within 15 minutes of calling Bauer Restoration, Jason, the mitigation manager was at my home to walk me through the mitigation process. His team arrived shortly after and established containment, heaters and dryers that afternoon. On the reconstruction side, manager Jake was amazing to work with too! He explained everything thoroughly, helped me choose my materials and was always available for every question I had - which was a lot! Their whole team was incredibly respectful of my home and went above and beyond to be sure I was happy with my experience. Love my newly renovated space and would highly recommend choosing Bauer Restoration!!
