  If you’re trying to do anything in a timely fashion I wouldn’t recommend beta at all. They will tell you 30 minutes, which times it’s twice that. Why tell someone something that sounds good instead of the truth? We don’t care to hear a lie, you know it’s busy so tell your customers a realistic time. They have you standing outside for a hour! Or they will have a bus come right to where you are pick up someone else and not you. Absolutely a joke, waste of time and energy! It’s not the drivers either it’s dispatch. She’s quite nasty and rude!

  Are always unable to give back change. I didn't have change for a $5 bill. She told me it was fine, and that the next time I rode to mention that I had a credit on #68. The next time I went to ride, the lady driving said she had no record of me paying $5 and that I still had to pay the $1.40. Once again I did not have exact change and ended up having to pay $2. I wish there was a way to remember how much I've payed and how I can use it especially when I have no reliable transportation and rely on BATA.

  The driver was great very nice man, the dispatcher left a lot to be desired. She was extremely rude when on the microphone talking to my driver about customers
