  Wyatt was really helpful getting a team to check our scale, with updates on times they'd be come in. Eugene and Noah were super helpful and got our scale good by the estimated time they gave us. Always a good experience with Bastrop Scale Co.!

  Customer service with Bastrop Scale Co. is phenomenal, communication stayed opened throughout the process of shipping my scale to them to be certified, and having it shipped back. The turn around was really fast as well! Cannot say enough good about Bastrop Scale Co.
