  I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a boat from the Garland location. I purchased a boat here 6 months ago and I still haven’t received the license plate and registration number after sending multiple emails and after going up there in person to try and get the problem solved I still haven’t received my license plate and registration number. I was also told that I was supposed to get a 250 dollar gift card with purchasing the boat and I still haven’t received that either and this is after talking to there management about it in person. Iv gone up to Texas parks and wildlife to see if I can just get it myself but they told me that they have to keep sending my paperwork back to the garland bass pro because the paperwork wasn’t done correctly, they also told me that they have problems with the management At the Garland location. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I’m now at my last resort because nothing is getting done so please due yourself a favor and purchase a boat from a different location. Bass pro please reach out to me so we can get this taken care of.
