  I stopped by Bass Pro Shops looking for a new cap, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The store had a great selection, and I quickly found exactly the cap I wanted. On top of that, I got two free caps just for applying for a store card, which was an awesome bonus. The staff were friendly, the store was well organized, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for more outdoor gear.

  Absolutely LOVE this place! You can find just about anything for your outdoor hobbies here. And most of the staff is cool with the exception of one in the firearms department upstairs. However, if purchasing components for reloading wich is kept behind the counter you will have to sign in and wait for them. Here is where I have the issue with the way this is run. I fail to see why I should have to wait for 10 people to purchase firearms before I can purchase a pound of powder that is typically on the shelf!??!! The guy behind the counter snapped at me with quite the attitude when I just simply asked a question about the powder availability. I spend tons here on reloading stuff. This just sucks! Any chance you folks can make some sort of change here? I don't want to stop shopping here if possible 😫

  We want to give a very big thank you and shout out to Phil in the fishing department upstairs Daytona Beach Bass pro shop he went above and beyond in helping us and making sure we had everything we needed super friendly, very professional top shelf, guy and store. everything was perfect thank you bass pro shop. Grateful customers from Mooresville, North Carolina
