- EZElisa ZumbroMay 7, 20255.0We’re super happy with our experience with Basalite! All the employees who helped me were friendly, helpful and kind. I ended up interacting with a few sales associates, the gal who handles payments, the delivery supervisor and our delivery driver. I paid for the order on Friday and they were delivered by Monday! The rockstar of our experience was definitely our delivery driver, Ray! We had 7 pallets weighing about 20,000lbs and I was apprehensive to put them on our RV pad (it’s not rated super high for heavy loads), plus the project area was pretty far from that spot and my husband and I really didn’t want to haul all those pavers piece by piece. The forklift is much bigger than a normal one and our yard has a few narrow spots, but Ray was an expert on that forklift and took extra time out of his day to get all the pallets to our project spot and on dirt instead of the concrete. He saved us so much time and labor; we’re so thankful for him!
