  I am proud to share that my realtor Herry Teh is the best realtor in Florida as far as I am concerned. Herry came to me when I was in a financial rut with my home owners association who filed for foreclosure in court. I was extremely stressed but Herry was there for me every step of the way strategically using his skills to help assist me in this crucial time of my life. He was always very supportive and communicated with my home owners association until an agreement was made and my home was SOLD! I am free of the stress and the nightmare they put me through. I am very grateful to Herry and the Bartos Group for working together and helping me get my life back. I recommend Herry one hundred and fifty percent. Anyone that has a chance to work with him will soon see they are blessed because Herry is truly a gift. He doesn't chase money he sincerely enjoys helping people in whatever he can to make life easier and his skills in knowing the real estate market is top notch!   Jamie Giardino helped us buy our first Florida home. She is such a pleasure to work with and a wealth of knowledge - from knowing every aspect of the many homes we saw to living on Marco and the surrounding areas. I was so appreciative of Jamie’s patience during our long process finding the perfect home for us and getting to settlement today. Also with the company Angela Kratzert and Kimberly Wilkins helped us with all of our paperwork and logistics. I am so appreciative of everyone’s friendliness, expertise and professionalism. Can’t recommend our agent, Jamie, enough if you’re looking for a home in that area! She is top notch.
