We use Bartleys to repair hail damage and a cracked windshield on my husband‘s car. They took care of dealing with the insurance for the supplement, and the car came back to us looking AMAZING! We live in Owensboro so this was an hour drive for us, but it was absolutely worth it. If we need future body work we will he back.

Am I obligated to use a repair shop that was chosen by my insurance company?

Am I required to get more than one estimate?
No, the law does not require you to get more than one estimate.
Am I entitled to OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured) parts?
As an insured driver, you are entitled to OEM parts based on the age of your vehicle. You are entitled to request original sheet metal parts if it is a current model year or within 5 additional years old, per Indiana state law. As a claimant, the law does not apply to you. You would need to check with the insurance company you are working with.
Who can authorize repairs?

Does your collision repair facility perform scanning diagnostics?
It is important to choose an auto body shop that has scanning diagnostics. After a collision, the car should be scanned to check for any hidden codes that might not be detected by a visual inspection. These codes could relate to various systems such as seatbelt pretensioners, airbag modules and sensors, blind spot detection modules, and pre-collision systems. So, make sure to choose a shop that has the necessary scanning diagnostics to ensure a thorough inspection of your car after a collision.
Do you have financing available?
No, all payment is due at the end of repairs.
Will you be able to directly bill the insurance for our claim?
We bill the insurance directly for your claim and work with major insurance companies.
Could I incur extra costs for all the repairs if my insurance company does not pay the current labor rate of the shop?
Currently, many insurance companies are refusing to pay the labor rates of collision repair centers. Please contact us for additional details and current labor rates.
