The Barthuly Irrigation team took excellent care of my existing system and did a phenomenal job installing a brand new one as well. From start to finish, their staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable — you can tell they really know their craft. They walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.   Kudos to Service Request and Employee. Sent email to Barthuly, requesting a follow up on my newly installed sprinkler system they installed. I received a response within a Day and so we setup an appointment for them to come out for the follow up within the next couple of days of that same week. Service rep. showed up on time, and was very thorough and respectful. Antoine turned on all my sprinkler zones one by one, to review coverage and make the necessary adjustments and or replacement of sprinkler heads. Antoine was very efficient, courteous and meticulous.   In the spring of 2025 I decided I'm getting too old to be dragging hoses and sprinklers around my lawn (house is on 1/3 acre in Carmel). I've never had an irrigation system. I looked for recommendations online and I called three irrigation companies for quotes. Tim O'Brien from Barthuly was the first to respond and come out to look at the property and the access to water and electricity. I was impressed with Tim. He seemed very knowledgeable and didn't disparage other companies. We had a lower quote and a higher quote. We chose Barthuly. They handled all of the permits needed and did the installation of the Rain Bird system (6-yr. warranty) within three weeks from the signed contract. The installers were professional (including having to connect the system at our meter in the crawl space). They did very little damage to the lawn when installing the pipes, to the point of not being able to tell where they dug within 2-3 weeks later. We went from having a so-so lawn to the best looking lawn in the cul-de-sac. I highly recommend Barthuly.
