I ask (respectfully and nicely) can you please make sure they are extra crispy? The young lady was pleasant enough said yes. I will notate it. When I get home I see they are barely even cooked. A bit frustrated I call back to complain. When I call. The girl says. Barros can you hold please. Ofcourse. Spoke to Kenny, and before I could even finish what I had to say. He sounded like he already knew I would call back and was ready for me. Almost like they undercooked them on purpose. He says I watched him cooked them for 10 minutes of which is the time we use for extra crispy. He says. They probably got soft on the car ride home. It’s better to eat them here at the restaurant. Dude I live 5 minutes away. He suggest bring them back and I’ll take them off your bill. Like I am going to take the food out of my kids mouth for your mistake? How about you apologize and bring me a replacement. Is that so hard? You lost a long time customer Barros. I’m sure you don’t care I am just another number. SMH. In the air fryer they go. Each of us enjoyed a lunch of two slices and a soda. Their menu was straightforward for a quick meal, and I didn't look past the 'by-the-slice' specials. Four or five topping choices on hand
