First asking what is the name on the order, phone number and wanted to see the card it was placed on. I explained my son-n-law placed the order. She very rudely replied next we have to see the card. I completely understand that policies change but there is a professional and polite way of going about explaining the changes. I have worked in customer service for many years and have never treated anyone so rudely. Customers Service is so important and if someone worked for me and treated a customer as badly as I was treated today. She would be fired.
