  We usually come and see Kasey but unfortunately she wasn’t there on this particular day. I originally came in alone and sat at the bar and was “greeted” by a blond bartender. I was the only one at the bar. She was super unfriendly and dismissive. At one point I explained to my husband I was still hungry and she slid us our check and he was the one who asked if we could still order (it was about 4-5pm). At that point I was ready to go because I was tired of the disrespect. Definitely go see Kasey though!

  Such a cool restaurant. The atmosphere is awesome. The food was really good, Mexican your way. It's a fairly new addition to Lexington but it's going to be around for a while. Everyone should try it. We will definitely go back.

  Love this Barrio location. Staff is always amazing and the indoor and outdoor seating is a plus. Enjoy the margarita flights and the build your own taco options. Also across the street from axe throwing for a great date night out.

  A shoutout to hostess Char who was able to get us a good table with chairs that have back support. As always, great food, the best queso of any of the Mexican restaurants in Lexington.

  The food here is absolutely delicious, consistently fresh and flavorful. One thing I really appreciate is that they can accommodate a lunchtime time crunch—just let them know ahead of time, and they’ll make sure you’re in and out without feeling rushed. The owner and staff are always personable, kind, and genuinely welcoming. I come here at least once or twice a week for lunch, and it’s always a great experience. 10/10 recommend!
