  Me and my mother in law stopped for a quick bite before getting back on the road it was clean and food was delicious. Service was good and the wait wasnt long at all food came out hot. Music was to loud for us to just enjoy and have a conversation so we shut up & ate but it was so good we wouldve done that anyways.

  Used to be my favorite restaurant but has gone downhill. As a picky eater, some of the recipes changed and my favorite brunch tacos are gone. Hard to go back when not much for me to eat.

  Bowl was good until I had raw steak in my bowl the whole time I was eating it… I got a refund from the Willoughby location used the giftcard for a meal at a different location I’m very upset I was eating raw steak hope I don’t get sick..

  This barrio location is consistently underwhelming after numerous visits in recent months. I know it gets flooded with college kids but I have consistently gone and been seated, pleasantly greeted, orders taken, and then staff disappears until food is ready. In a restaurant that relies on staff-retrieved refills on drinks and chips, it really leads to a breakdown in experience and customer service. The food is pretty standard for barrio but somehow is consistently not hot in temperature even though it is made to order.

  I had such a wonderful first visit to Barrio! We stopped in for a quick bite and margaritas, and I was blown away. The chips were perfectly fresh, and the margaritas were absolutely fabulous! Our server was amazing—so attentive and kind, checking on us often. I wish I could remember her name because she truly went above and beyond. The next morning, I realized I had left my purse on the outdoor patio. I was so worried, but when I contacted the manager, he could not have been kinder. He had kept my purse safe for me, and it was such a relief to know there are still such honest, genuine people in this world. From the service to the staff to the atmosphere, I was super impressed. The owner should be so proud of their entire team. This experience left me feeling grateful, happy, and eager to return. Thank you, Barrio, for making my first visit such a memorable one!
