I particularly appreciate that Barrett is a small business, and as such, it is easy to get through to them, and to get exactly what I need, and to receive (without begging for it) reliable information from the visiting technician, even if I am not there for the visit. I have some other properties outside of their coverage area, where I have to go with a much bigger, regional or national pest control company (the one which starts with an "M"), and that is not always so effective and easy. Of course, "local" is always better, if you can find it. Well, you are reading this, so I guess you found Barrett already. Call them!
