My first visit I got no acknowledgement whatsoever from anyone upon entering the store, while shopping or paying, I wanted to give it another shot as Barkley's is the only store in the area that carries my dogs brand of food. Employees Adam and Alexis need more training in customer service, neither of them greeted me when paying today nor did they thank me for my business. I had to initiate by asking them how they were doing, no response at all from Adam and Alexis just replied with "busy" I really wanted to support the local business but will be ordering online going forward.
