What services do you offer?
We provide dog boarding, daycare, and grooming. Your dog can stay overnight or enjoy a day of socialization and play.
What are your operating hours?
Our facility is open from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. We also offer early drop-off from 6am - 7am for an additional $15 fee and a late pick-up until 8pm for an additional $30 fee.
What is required to enroll my dog?
All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella) and a fecal exam testing for Ova, Parasites, and Giardia. All dogs must also undergo a temperament test to ensure they are a good fit for group play.
What do you do to ensure the safety of my dog?
We have trained staff members supervising dogs at all times, use secure fencing, and have protocols for group play based on size, temperament, and energy levels.
Can I tour the facility before enrolling my dog?
Although we don’t offer on-site tours at this time, clients are welcome to check out our YouTube channel that showcases a variety of videos of our yards and indoor facilities.
What should I bring when boarding my dog?
Please bring your dog’s food or any medications. We provide bedding and bowls.
What happens if my dog becomes ill or injured during their stay?
In case of illness or injury, we will contact you immediately and take your dog to the nearest veterinary clinic. We will follow any specific instructions you provide.
How much does boarding/daycare cost?
