    This review is not entirely a reflection on the technician, even though he made several comments on the quality of the item he was installing… What I am annoyed about is how misleading your website was about pricing (total bait & switch)!!!!… How is it possible that you can in good conscience charge 5,200 to install a drop in kitchen sink??!! I’m completely outraged!!! Will never recommend or use your company in the future!

    Chris came for Routine HVAC maintenance. Found presence of mold. Gave me a solution. It was acceptable. Did a great job, explained everything, was very professional and courteous. Worked extremely fast and made sure to answer any further questions before he left.

    Missed my appointment window by nearly 4 hours which was 8-12 am. Customer support called and said he should be on the way by 10am. At 12:11pm I called and was told tech was struck on a job. And that I was next. I ask for an eta but was unable to get one but did receive a phone call @ 1:06 to say the tech should be to us soon. Tech arrived at 2:56 pm. Tech came , I explained what the issue was, I should him where the plumbing clean out was. He told me base off what I said and he did a small amount of diagnostics he felt that there was grease in the line and told me that it was $495.00 I was not explain exactly what that covered but it should take care of my issue. I completely understand that at time we have bad days , but as I was asking questions about his day and was told that he had a job earlier in the day , but then he had to completely clean out his truck because of transmission issue. This to me is poor customer service, not from the tech but from the company and their communication. I, like other customers understand things happen but there should not be untruths given to customers. I don’t believe I will NOT recommend this company. Also not sure about the uniform policy , but I guess there is not one. To me this shows a form of professionalism or lack there of.

    Nima Naderpour, from Bardi, provided a site visit to review an HVAC replacement requirement and work up an estimate. He did a thorough inspection of all components and provided excellent answers to all my questions. He was very professional and customer oriented. He provided quotes for two options and provided an excellent briefing on the options, warranties, and discounts. I appreciated his honesty and no pressure approach. Gave me all the information I needed for evaluating his proposal against other competing proposals.

    Our hot water heater burst just before dawn and we did not have hot water, but we did have water on our basement floor. Early in the morning, I contacted Bardi through their website portal to I requested a hot water heater tank replacement. I was given an afternoon appointment, but before 7:30 they call to let me know that the service tech would be out between 8-9 that morning. Connor arrived at 8:00 and by 1:00 I had a new hot water heater installed. He was very good to work with. He even had Hampton Restoration come over to inspect and give me a quote on remediation of the water. I am using that service to take care of the water on the floor. A burst hot water heater and flooring is a lot to wake up to! Connor and the Bardi team took very good care of us. Thank you!
