  Barbara and her staff are amazing! I remember taking my first Shih Tzu there as a little girl more than 30 years ago. That should tell you how amazing they are right there to be in business as long as they have been with customers that come back. So happy to be able to take my puppy there and know that she is in great hands. I highly recommend their services! My Shih Tzu looks like a show dog every time I pick her up! Thank you so much, Barbara!

  My dog came back from this place and wouldn't climb his doggy steps. He would just lay around looking sad. He wouldn't eat unless we softened it with water. He wasn't his normal self. He usually greets us at the door and now he just lays wherever he is and doesn't even bark. Probably doesn't help he was there for 8 hours. Really eight hours? And the fact a muzzle was put on him doesn't help. This is a 6 pound dog we are talking about, not even standing a foot tall. In his 11 years of life he has never had one on let alone see one. What the heck happened over there.

  I took my Havanese for her first appt. I couldn't believe the transformation. My daughter screamed with glee! She said it was a dream and couldn't believe it was our dog. Thank you Barbara, Jacob and Angel.

  Very impressed with the prompt response and knowledge base during a brief phone call with Barbra. Thank you Barbra for helping me clarify my immediate concern regarding the current lack of supply shortage that Royal Canin is currently experiencing and adding my schnauzers food to your stores current open order! I think my husband and I may have just found our new forever all in one local community doggie one stop shop! ☺️
