  Prices and products are good, but customer service is not the best I feel like they just want to get me in and out and don’t bother to upsell or show me new product . I’d be more inclined to spend if I felt the service was better. And there’s a lot of false advertising , and so much inconsistency. If you advertise a deal for a specific day it should be honored.

  I used to like this dispensary and went there several times before. The staff were usually friendly and helpful, but my last visit was very disappointing. One of the employees was extremely rude and disrespectful. My friend and I both showed valid California IDs, but the staff demanded my friend’s phone number before allowing him inside. When we asked why, they said they could “do whatever they want” and that their policy is “above the law.” That is not how customers should be treated. When I said I would complain, they told me they didn’t care. I felt disrespected and discriminated against. I used to bring new customers and recommend this place, but after this experience, I will never go back or recommend it to anyone again. I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff better

  Great place, but their new website is just crappy as hell. It seems like they went away from jane but they didn't, which is confusing cause the site looks really bad now and doesn't function like a Jane site would. Constantly having login issues, never remembers my login info or anything of the sort. And apparently has issue doing text cause it kept giving me errors notices saying it didn't work but yet still sent message to my phone. i shouldn't have to get 5 texts to my phone to verify my number.

  Definitely the crudiest customer service I have experienced at a dispensary this is the 2nd time this has happened I receive an email my order is ready never a text I come in and they are nice at the counter but the second a "bud tender" (if you can call them that I knew more when i first started smoking) becomes available they seem annoyed they have to look for an order spend not even 1 full min looking then ask what I ordered even though the web site doesn't allow you to pull up past orders then they hit me with the "you don't even know what you ordered??" In the rudest tone possible even though it's been 1 hour no I don't remember the name of the strain I ordered I tell them no it was one of the yadas 5g for 19 and they just stare at me for a solid 30 seconds like I'm stupid without saying a word you can find better prices and better service right down the street.
