  Love living here. Suzette is great she was so sweet when I first moved in helping me process everything as fast as possible and making sure I was happy with my unit. She made the process very easy and from that day until now she has always been on top of everything from making sure the community is kept clean, and responding to all emails and request as soon as she gets them.

  Thank you Suzette for helping me as soon as I call. You guys are doing a great job with all the renovations the place looks beautiful. I love living here and I feel so safe and take cared of. Maintenance guys are awesome 👏 best place I’ve ever lived at.

  I love this community. My daughter has lived here for a little over two years and when I go visit her everything is always clean and the maintenance crew is on top of the community. The office is very accessible and accommodating. Suzette the assistant manager is very sweet and listens to you to make sure she gets your situation straighten out or questions answered. She always answers the phone and emails. The community is being renovated and let me just say that I am beyond impressed at how efficient and clean the roofers are working. No mess or chaos. The pool is beautiful and you feel as if it’s a pool at a resort with all the palm trees and landscaping. They keep it clean and tidy. Thank you guys keep up the good work! Safe, clean and accommodating staff !!!!

  Each time I’ve submitted a work order, the response has been immediate. The staff is professional, reliable, and truly dedicated. Both the office team and maintenance crew are wonderful to work with.

  I’ve lived here for years and let me just tell you living here has been an experience for sure. So, I'm going to get a little personal, the assistant property manager, Suzette who now lives with a man name Adrian, who were BOTH seeing each other while they were BOTH in relationships is now together and lives on property. She has the nerve to make people feel uncomfortable going to the Office and calling because she will treat them differently and be passive-aggressive because they have messed with this man who apparently has messed with many other “woman” in the neighborhood before AND after being with her. I only bring this up because this is where we LIVE and not only does she live here but she WORKS here, and we all should be comfortable to live here and feel like we're not gonna be treated differently because of someone’s own personal vendetta or what happens about things NOT EVEN RELATED TO YOUR JOB. This just shows no separation between work life and personal life. Treating anyone unfairly is landlord harassment YOU cannot use personal feelings to justify discriminatory or retaliatory actions, which should’ve been addressed by her manager a LONG time ago but no they allow it to continue happening even taking part in the unfair treatment at times. They also seem to show favoritism toward certain groups of residents. Amenities are almost always closed unless it’s during office hours, which makes no sense since most people work during that time. The tennis court always has a BIG lock on it, the pool is always being closed, the gym is only available during office hours and is poorly equipped ( the equipment could use some updating and possibly add a stairstepper) not as it matters because we can’t even use the equipment on the weekends or after the office closes at 6, and the kids’ park has dirty old sand that hasn’t been replaced in YEARS. The maintenance men are great and efficient typically handling the problem within hours! Probably the only good thing about this place. They’ll periodically raise your rent throughout the year(not when renewing, just randomly), It gets to a point, don’t raise the rent and we can’t even use our own amenities when we want. The other ladies in the office are “nice”. They barely answer the phone you have to call a bunch of times to get a hold of someone. Also, I’m pretty sure Suzette and Adrian has two garages which is completely not fair, there’s people waiting for garages and they’re taking up two. someone needs to look into that and treat everyone Fairly! So happy I was able to move out of this place.
