  Great company to work with, from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly , helpful, knowledgable & professional. Paul was our sales consultant & was very creative & stayed on for the whole process. Big thank you to the whole team :)

  The pool servicers are so nice when I am home and present. They did a walk through of how to work the system and everything. I am frustrated that when we have something scheduled and we are not home we do not get an update on if anyone has been out or what was done or found. I feel like we should not have to call in and ask the next day if anyone actually showed up to the house and what was done or what problems/no problems they found. One quick text or vm with the info would be nice confirmation.

  We have been a Banks Pool customer for 6 years and they are very responsive, do a great job of servicing the pool and providing winter maintenance but where they really shine is on their Repairs side. Mike Jones has been faced with many issues at our pool and he is the key reason we stick with Banks as he always figures out the issue and resolves it. He is fantastic and knows his stuff.... and the people in the office are also always accommodating and help work us in to ensure we are taken care of. We are a happy Banks Customer!

  I’ve had issues with them for years (except the young gentleman that works the store counter most of the time, he’s very kind) - but since they are the only people around I’ve been stuck with using them. Everyone seems to have a terrible attitude, even the office staff at the main location on Metcalf. Technician smoking cigarettes in my backyard, snarky comments, and a seemingly general lack of caring about the customer. I spent the winter educating myself on doing everything myself so I don’t have to subject myself to working with this company. Honestly, this makes me want to open a pool company. You could get every customer within 25 miles simply by being nice.

  If the entire build out goes well, you'll be happy. They are very good at design and have a history of beautiful builds. However, this is a construction project, and it is more complexed than one might imagine. Monitor daily activity to stay in front of changes you want to make or installation that is not already thought out and discussed in detail, communicate with the owners, and be involved and you will get a good result. It's just like building a house. I know Roger Banks fairly well, and I believe he is a good man and they will give you a good build. Service post build to open and close the pool is solid.
