  They can't verify a check from Chase Bank. I've never had trouble depositing a check like I did last week. I ended up opening an account with Chase Bank after all the hassle and three hours of my time wasted. Chase couldn't believe the trouble we were getting. I've been with B.O.B. for over 10 years. I was given multiple stories and was told the check was no good... Chase didn't have that problem. Just go to a large bank and don't waste your time. I felt like I was treated like a thief and looked down at. ***Notice their response lol*** The Chase bank up the road laughed at what we went through and said Bank of the Bluegrass is incompetent.

  Every central Kentucky resident should use this bank. Their customer service has always been sensational. They're quick to respond and straight to the point. Their services are great, no hidden fees. I feel safe with this bank. I feel like they actually just want to help me as a person. Laura Martin especially MASSIVELY helped me through a very stressful time. Her assistance made a difficult time much easier. You will NOT regret joining this bank.
