Tom took excellent care of me and my vehicle. He is very honest, open, and gives options/opinions on what is best for your car. He reached out to my warranty company for me and handled the entire process. I noticed one review said something about him getting upset or angry about going back over any work, that is not the case. I believed my alignment was slightly off still and Tom took my car back same week, and went back over it himself! Had zero issues doing so, no attitude given. I will definitely take my cars back to him.

Tom Bandy has always been fair and honest. Him and his staff are top rate mechanics and have always done and amazing job on all of our vehicles.

I've taken several vehicles to Bandy's over the years, and the experience has always been the same. After dropping off my vehicles he takes his time and makes sure he checks the vehicle over, to ensure that it is fixed right the first time. He always calls and gives updates, and makes sure you are comfortable with what the cost will be and the repair timeline. He won't let a vehicle leave until he is happy with it. I've suggested to several family and friends to take their on vehicles there, and I will continue to as well.

They misdiagnosed my car and charged me $600 to replace something that didn't need to be replaced. I picked up my car only to find it doing the same thing causing me to them in first. After all of that, the mechanic realized it was the alternater which he ended up replacing for $400 more dollars. I found a better mechanic more reliable and ethical.
