Balmoral Village (Peachtree City, GA) is an outstanding place to live: comfortable; safe; very well maintained (thank you, Richard, who fixed a plumbing issue in middle of night♥️) pretty, central location; delightful neighbors of all ages and very responsive management(Aubrey & Chasity, especially!) Great amenities and activities. Highly recommend!

Been here 20 plus years. Enjoyed every moment. Staff and maintenance are wonderful, plesent and very nice when ever I talk to them. I have always felt safe in this community.
Also, the peace and quite I experience is terrific.

Bad, very bad!! In this community, you'll be very well received because they know how to sell very well, but beware, they have many hidden secrets. If you choose an apartment and can't sleep in the first week because the air conditioning pipes are vibrating inside the walls and you ask to move, they'll charge you an extra moving fee. If your bike is stolen from the parking lot and you complain, they'll tell you it's your responsibility and that's it. If your refrigerator breaks down during the holiday and the emergency phone doesn't answer, the next day they'll tell you you didn't call and don't expect compensation for what you lost for the barbecue you had prepared. Want to take a bath in a decent bathtub? It's not possible. They have to paint it constantly, and you're the one who has to call because there's no preventative maintenance. How about more than 20 maintenance reports in two years? You're forced to pay for internet even if you don't need or want it because you have your own.
If do you try to publishing on appartment.com, web site is blocked!!! Nice!!

The only reliable and efficient staff member in the office is Chasity—she is the exception, not the rule. The rest of the management team provides little to no value, and overall the complex is far from meeting the standards it advertises. These apartments are marketed as “luxury,” but in reality, they more closely resemble low-income housing while carrying an unreasonably high price tag.
Resident concerns are consistently disregarded. Maintenance issues typically require four to five separate visits before being resolved properly, if at all. In addition, there is a persistent bug infestation throughout the property, and pest control services are neither effective nor frequent enough to address the problem.
This community does not prioritize the well-being or satisfaction of its residents, and the disconnect between what is promised and what is delivered is significant.
