  What an incredible business. They always answer the phone, emails, and online contact form. Their showroom has tons of samples, of which you can take home and test out in the space. There is a bonus playroom for kids, too! Craig was our main point of contact- very responsive, made great recommendations, and called the 2 nights before installation to confirm the time the installers would arrive. Bob did our estimate. He gave us honest advice and prices of us doing the work vs. then doing the work. Very kind and customer-focused. Answered all of our questions. Transparent and fair pricing process. Kyle and Damian showed up right on time for installation. They were friendly, detail-oriented, and respectful of our home. They listened to our requests and the final result was reflected that. This is a terrific family-owned business. So much better than the big box stores. Looking forward to more projects with them in the future! Thanks, Ballston Spa Carpet and Tile!   Fabulous flooring store! Beautiful selection of carpet and had exactly what we were looking for. Craig was extremely helpful and accommodating. In the past month, we have replaced the carpet in three bedrooms. Their installer, Justin, was incredible, highly skilled, and a master at his craft. Seamless experience! Looking forward to our next carpet purchaes.
