  Ballard installed a heater unit 6 years ago for my parents and come out every year for maintenance. The technicians are always kind and explain everything to them as they are both hard of hearing.. They also take care of my neighbors. We appreciate them very much.

  Daniel C. Is a great tech . He's very kind & professional. Daniel reviewed my home for improvements & efficacy without overwhelming me. Got the derails & easy to understand. Ballard's has been a great company to do business with for over the 40+ years. They've done so many projects at my home.

  Armando was very nice and professional, he replaced our old water heater, before the work began, he offered us few options about our water heater problem, his worked time as he promised to finish on time. We like to have him again as our plumber for any plumbing related problem.

  I like Brent he’s funny easy going I felt comfortable with him. He didn’t make me feel pressured into signing anything. If I didn’t understand something he explained it very well. I met Jose he took his time and made sure everything was done neat clean and professional. I don’t think he ment to work as late as he did but he was determined to stay until the job was finished. They tried to let me keep my original thermostat.Jose turned on the a/c and then he packed up and left. 2 hours later I tried to turn off the a/c and my original thermostat wasn’t working so my son had to disconnect the thermostat to be able to cut off the a/c. I called them this morning and immediately they came out to install their thermostat. Now I am happy and very pleased with everything they’ve done. I will recommend Ballard all the time. I also would like to say thank you to Ms Michelle for sending me a flyer in the mail. Thank you for making me feel like I was part of the Ballard family. You all let your work speak for itself I see nothing but greatness keep up the good work 👍👍👍

  OK, you guys requested a review so here it is. Daniel our technician was very professional polite, and on time. He diagnosed the issue in a short time and contacted me. This is a rental house and the tenants had installed a new thermostat. Daniel’s diagnosis was New thermostat wires needed to be installed at the tune of $1400. Again, This is a rental house and it is an old system and putting that much money into just low-voltage wires did not seem prudent. I made some calls and got a good recommendation for an independent HVAC . He diagnosed the problems as being the new thermostat was not installed correctly. He had the problem resolved in about two hours in charge only $250. Good deal for me and good money for him. My opinion is that the bigger Well established HVAC companies are better suited to install a new or replacement systems and not for small repairs.
