  We had needed a particular kind of tree which only Baldwin appeared to carry. Problem was, we lived 2.5 hours away! Normally, one would pay a visit to select their tree and then return to pick it up at a later date. That amount of driving would have killed us. Kim worked with us tirelessly and relentlessly, sending us photos and email correspondences until we were completely satisfied. Then she offered to work a plan to pick and take - all on the same trip. The day we arrived, Kirk took us out to make a selection. He took time to painstakingly explain exactly what we were getting, then he showed us an "adult" tree, all the while explaining what we could expect. Well, we promptly changed our minds, thus averting an impending disaster! He then guided us to the perfect alternative, after first suggesting we might want to shop the competition first! Well, not after all that help! We are thrilled because without the incredible knowledge and effort these two added to the equation, we would have made a huge mistake. You are in the very best of hands with these guys - they totally know their stuff and you will leave happy, just as we did!

  Kim and Kirk were very professional. Both provided us with excellent advice and made the selection and installation process easy. Their selection and quality of trees is outstanding. We will be returning customers. Can't wait until next spring to pick out some flowering trees!
