  I experienced a malfunction of one of my hearing aids while vacationing in Gulf Shores. To resolve the issue, I contacted the Baldwin Hearing Center. From my initial contact to the final repair, I received extremely professional and friendly service. I was able to schedule an appointment the next morning. The check-in process was very simple and I was afforded great personal service from the front desk staff person. She was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. During my appointment, it was determined that I needed a new part. Missy Webb diagnosed the issue promptly and replaced the defective part while I waited. She answered all of my questions (e.g. future technology changes) and gave me as much time as I needed. I highly recommend the Baldwin Hearing Center for its great customer service and professional team! Thank you! Tim Harden

  Phelan worked with me to get the absolute best hearing experience. Her followup was detailed and expert! It wasn't an experience that I looked forward to but she made it actually pleasant and satisfying! I love my aides and only sorry I put off getting them for a long time. Thank you, Phalen!!

  Outstanding experience. I am a life long hearing aid wearer and the people at Baldwin Hearing are great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and pricing is posted and very reasonable. I highly recommend.
