  I used this company for 2 years to prepare my taxes. I was happy until this year. They have stated that they are not taking on any new clients. I am not a new client, I used them for 2 years. Their reason is they had to many preparers leave for undisclosed reasons. I tried to talk to them to see if they would provide me recommendations of who to go to, or if they had contact for the preparers that left so I could reach out and see if they would help do my taxes on their own. The secretary would not let me talk to the owner and kept saying we can't help you, we are not able to do your taxes, there is nothing we can do for you. Ridiculous customer service! So, now I am left to find someone new to do my taxes during the tax season!! I will never go back to them, even if they stay in business and get new preparers after this tax season!
