  We have a door serviced about 3 weeks ago. Bolts come off and the technician onsite missed it , and today technician Kwon fixed it with no charge. We really appreciate it with no effort to helping us out.

  I'm normally skeptical when I see a company with all excellent reviews, but I went with my gut and called Balanced Garage Doors to diagnose an intermittent issue with opening/closing the garage door and I'm glad I did. The gentleman who scheduled the appointment was great, asked relevant questions to understand the issue and my equipment. Service technician was on schedule and called when he was 20 minutes or so out. The tech listened to my explanation of the problem and talked about possible causes, answered my questions thoroughly. After diagnosis he recommended a tuneup/reset of the opener, door, and tracks to begin with and told me what to look for that would indicate the wall control is going bad. Price quoted for the tune-up was reasonable and the work was completed promptly. Payment from my bank account was easy and quick online. My impression is that Balanced Garage Doors is a good, honest business, that they hire top notch technicians, and they foster a good customer service focus with all of their employees. Definitely will call them again and give them my best recommendation.

  Came on time, explained everything thoroughly and did not force extra jobs on me. Even offered to do more than other companies at a MUCH better rate. Highly recommend and will use them again!

  Already a customer for life. I had a broken spring. Kwon showed up the day after I made an appointment requesting an estimate, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need (even though he could have), and then did the work right then and there. Many thanks!
