  The team was very professional and kind. My very large tree came down and the stump was ground quickly They did a great job and cleaned the yard completely. I was impressed by every part of their service and their reasonable price.

  Derick and his crew trimmed up my trees today. They arrived on time (actually a little early :) ). Did a great job and watched my plants as they worked. And let me tell, I think they picked up every stick the fell as they trimmed them. I would totally recommend these guys if you need any tree work. Not sure about the poster who claimed something about loud music. But all I heard while the were here were a few guys talking about what's happening in their lives. NO Loud explicit music. None of their trucks left the street. They have this cool, kind like a bobcat, machine that makes it easier to get all the big limbs out to the street where the chipper was waiting. Highly recommend Baker Tree Service in Trenton, OHIO.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ “Worst tree service experience I’ve ever seen” If you value your property, your sanity, or your time, avoid this company at all costs. They showed up late, tore up my lawn with their truck, and then left that same truck stuck in the ground for hours like they were filming some kind of backwoods reality show. There was no proper quote or breakdown — just a big, shocking price tag at the end like they were making it up on the spot. They hacked away at the trees with no sense of precision, dropped branches everywhere, and didn’t bother to pile the wood neatly — just random logs and limbs tossed around like a tornado hit. When I asked them about cleanup, they said it was “extra” even though it was clearly listed in the original quote. The crew blasted loud, explicit music the entire time, yelled back and forth like they were at a bar, and one of them even used my garden hose without asking. They gouged my driveway from dragging logs, and the “trim” they did left a once-beautiful tree looking like a giant, lopsided broom. My neighbor came over just to ask what happened because it’s that bad. To make matters worse, the owner himself was rude, dismissive, and aggressive when I called to discuss the issues. Rather than apologize, he argued, raised his voice, and acted like I was the problem for expecting professional work. If I could give zero stars, I would.

  These guys called in the middle of the day on completion of their scheduled job. They asked to come to ny house that same day and did my tree in less than an hour. Completely cleaned up when they left, totally impressed with these guys all around. I will send everyone to them every time I can. Thank you Baker Tree Service!!!
