  We recently bought a 4’ X 6’ storm shelter and it was delivered and installed today. Patrick and Hunter did a wonderful job of installing the shelter and explaining the great features and how to use it. Both these guys, along with being very professional, are super kind, intelligent, and outgoing. For sure, Baker and Sons, Melissa (the sales rep), Patrick and Hunter (the installers) deserve five stars and above. Great job!

  Gage was sent to give us an estimate for a water heater replacement. We showed him the old water heater and told him about our hot water usage. My wife and I are seniors and retired and only a two person household. Our water demands are low and that we could go from the old 66 gallon tank to a 50 gallon tank. Gage gave us five estimates starting with the first estimate being at $7,953. I told him that I could go with a new "heat pump water heater" and pay less after all the rebate and incentives for upgrading. Gage told me that the heat pump heaters were no good that no one was happy with them and that the incentives had expired. I told him that the incentives did not expire until December 31st this year and that Ameren offered a $1300 discount for upgrading. Also that you can get a federal tax credit up to $2000 . Gage seemed surprised that I knew facts and that I contradicted what he said. We went over the other estimates, but the visit did not have a friendly vibe after that . I did not want to give any star rating because no work was done to evaluate and I have heard that Baker does good work. This site would not let me post without making a rating.

  A. Hervey- Andrew Listened to all issues with plumbing, very kind and very patient, addressed all concerns I had. did an amazing job! Solved my problem in little to no time, deserves a raise!!!! 😁 Update: I recently had drain work on the bathtub (which is doing phenomenal thank you again Andrew !); yesterday my kitchen sink had some leaky issues, I called and they had JP Taylor come out this time. He was super friendly, very caring with my animals (3 kittens and 1 dog) He figured out what’s all going wrong under the sink, let us know the different options 😁 Great service! Raine was awesome quick and patient as I woke up late

  Jessie was fantastic! Having never had a septic system before, Jessie explained our system in a very understandable way. He showed us all the parts and what needs to be maintained. Jessie was extremely professional and took the time to get to know us. He made recommendations for our plumbing system in the rest of our house explaining everything fully while answering all our questions. Highly recommend Jessie for work needed at your house!!!

  Baker and Sons knowledge, very polite , and on time… I have had another company come in the past to check my septic .. they never took time to explain the system to me.. really did nothing as far as servicing either .. but got an $85 charge for just them coming lifting lid and saying everything looked good!!? I called Baker n Son’s after getting a reference from a neighbor.. From my first call in speaking with Kendra on my septic tank concerns I was able to get an appointment the very next morning.. Jason and Robin !! What a great team!! Arrived on time, took their time in explaining the function of the septic system..very knowledgeable was able to answer our questions.. never had a septic system before the knowledge they gave us was welcoming.. When Jason lifted out the shaft it was filthy dirty!! They did a system cleaning and check of function.. WOW I never heard my system run so smooth and sound so good!! I was so pleased!! On a scale of 1-10 they exceeded above and beyond that I give them a 20!! Will definitely be my septic maintenance company and go to Company for any future plumbing needs that may occurred .. Thank you Team Jason ,Robin and Kendra !!!
