  Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! I had black residue coming out of my washer and asked them to come out and take a look. Since I worked during the day, I had my son let them in. The first time they came out they said they didn’t see anything and said to run a load of clothes so they could see what it was. It cleared up for about a week and then came back again. At that time I called and scheduled an appointment. I told them I couldn’t get off of work, but my son worked nights and asked them specifically to call when they were on their way so I could call my son and wake him up. They said they would. Well, it was almost the end of the four hour window they gave me and I called them to see what was going on. He told me that they had come by and knocked on the door and nobody was home. When I asked him why he didn’t call me he gave me some excuse about his secretary not being there that day. I have no idea what that had to do with them not calling, but I let it go. So I scheduled another appointment for the next day. This time they did let me know they were on their way, but when they got to house, they told my son they didn’t know what it was and would have to take a sample off of it back to their store and look at it under a microscope. He said he didn’t have a tool to take out the agitator, which is pretty crazy to me considering you’re a repair company. They told my son it would take a few days and they would get back to us. Well, I wanted to know more about what they were going to do and called that same day and left a message. I didn’t get a return call that day. The next day I called and nobody answered. It’s been over a week now and I still haven’t heard anything! After them not returning my call, I ended up finding someone else to come out and look at my washer and they were able to determine what it was right away. So if you need something fixed I suggest you go somewhere else! I wasted two weeks dealing with this very unprofessional business. * It’s been over two weeks now and still no call from them. It’s hard to believe a business would be so unprofessional and not follow up after saying it would only take a few days. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that knows how to have proper customer service!

  This used to be my go to company for appliance repairs. This last time not so great. It was a part under warranty. They were to contact the manufacturer and have it shipped to them then install. Said they would contact me on Monday. No call Monday or Tuesday. I called Wednesday spoke to someone. That person said he would remind them in the morning. No call Thursday or Friday. I will look for someone else.

  So I read all the bad reviews and almost didn't call them. My fridge stop cooling and they came out a few hours after the call to take a look. After a few minutes here, he said it was the compressor. Everything on the fridge works, just not cooling. I went to get my wallet to pay him the service fee I was told about when I made the call. He said, no need to pay me, we didn't do much. I could not believe he drove to my house, diagnosed the issue and didn't charge me a dime. If I have issues with appliances in the future, Baker Appliance is going to be my first call.
