  This is my place to go when I want Thai crispy chicken and pad Thai. I’m white and from the Midwest so my opinion on Thai food should not be trusted. I love this food though.

  So this is a weird post (lol) as I did not get my food. I ordered a couple of orders of mango and sticky rice but they had called me when I was on my way to notify that they were out of ripe mangos. That sucked because it is so delicious and I try to get it every time I visit Seattle. All of their food is great and their service is excellent! I highly recommend them for a delicious Thai meal.

  Bai Tong has long been a favorite of my family!! I moved to another state almost 3 years ago but was just back for a visit, and made it a point to meet a friend for dinner here!! And the quality of food has not changed at all, yay! We were not disappointed at all. The massuman curry with prawns was fantastic! And I STILL tell everyone that they have THE BEST Thai Iced Tea!! 🧋🤌🏻😍

  Bai tong was the one of our favorite Thai restaurants, but I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received from our waitress, May. From the very beginning, she made us feel rushed, even before we had finished looking at the menu and placing our order. Throughout our meal, she repeatedly tried to take away our dishes even though we had not finished eating. Several times, she came over asking, “You done, right?” while already reaching for the plates and all the utensils, making us feel very pressured and uncomfortable. We were still working on our food, but her constant attempts to clear the table disrupted our dining experience and made it difficult to enjoy the meal. This kind of hurried and intrusive service is unacceptable, and I hope it can be addressed so future guests can dine without feeling rushed from start to finish. We stayed only 40 minutes from entering to leaving.
