Carolina is amazing, she was so friendly and made us feel at home! The bagels are amazing and so are the pastries. We come here every week and so should you!
This is the best bagel spot ever, amazing customer service, food , and atmosphere. Benjamin served me and made the experience delightful plus all the workers were amazing and made my time there 10 times better. Don’t listen to the bad reviews some people just have bad days and want to take it out on others. I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 definitely recommend.

My first visit to Bagel Boss and was shopping for some break the fast bagels and schmirs. By the time I had arrive around 115PM they were already sold out of sesame but the Manager, Tyrese hooked me up with some additional bagels and tuna salad for the inconvenience. Really outstanding and polite service. According to most of my friends these are the best bagels in South Florida and while they look delicious I look forward to confirming tomorrow after sundown.

I had a terrible experience at this bagel shop. I ordered a bagel and left a tip before receiving my food. When I politely explained that what I was given wasn’t what I ordered and asked to change it, instead of helping, one of the workers began insulting me. He repeatedly told me I had a “bad attitude,” said I should “change because this is America,” and kept walking by my seat telling me I wasn’t welcome and that they didn’t need my business.
When I told him not to speak to me that way, he became aggressive, shoved his hand in my face, and demanded that I leave. I felt unsafe enough that I called the police. The officers came, spoke to him, and even asked me if I wanted to press charges.
No customer should ever be treated with such disrespect and hostility for simply asking to receive the order they paid for. I hope management addresses this behavior so no one else has to go through what I experienced.

9/18/25 .I came today to pick up an uber eats order. The person behind the counter was very busy filling a big box order. I saw this bag that said uber eats on the counter (see pic) and it looked like it was set there to be picked up by customers, so I checked to see if the receipt had my name on it. Meanwhile this extremely rude and aggressive man (see pic) yelled at me and told me to not touch anything and to ask him first. I tried to explain that I was just checking to see if it was my uber eats order which looks the same as this. He continued to be rude. I then calmly suggested to him that if they don’t want people to pick up their order themselves maybe they shouldn’t put it right here on the counter where it’s misleading as it looks like it’s ready for pickup. I go to Starbucks regularly and pick up my order which is waiting on the counter among other orders, so this is a common practice for businesses to leave the order out for pickup by the customer. I’ve never however been yelled at in a Starbucks or any other restaurant for checking if something was my order. Totally rude and unacceptable, seems to be poor management over there and they’re not respectful to their customers.
