  Staff is very inexperienced and very rude. Several times I’ve walked in there and the kids just walked right past you. They don’t say a word. It’s one thing to wait but at least acknowledge the customer. Service is embarrassing. Which is a shame because the bagels are great

  I’ve come here a few times and always enjoyed it but the staff working 8/1 was INCREDIBLE, the food extra delicious, they were fast despite busy orders, and extremely accommodating and nice. Thank you!

  i ordered a macchiato and i don’t think they know how to make it. $5 for half a cup of coffee and it’s taste like garbage.
