The first guy we had was stellar. He was able to level with me and allow me to report what I saw with confidence that it wouldn't fall on deaf ears. He has moved on in his career and the new guy is also stellar. Personable, communicative, educated about his job, and helpful. They treat here weekly and talk to everyone especially me.

We had what we thought was one squirrel making its winter home in the soffit above our garage. We called Bad Boys, they arrived the same day to assess and came back the very next morning to set the trap. Lo and behold there was a family of 4 up there! They removed the trap, set a new one, and when we were sure the soffit was empty they sealed it well and even addressed other areas of poor integrity. Not only are they professional but they are just really nice and kind guys too! Would highly recommend anyone to call upon Bad Boys.

Absolutely amazing company!! They came out quickly and were very professional and kind. They did the job efficiently and got rid of the pests with no issues to us, our pets, or our home. I recommend them 1000% and would give 10 stars if I could. Do not hesitate to call them for any pests you have! You will receive a quick and affordable response from a trustworthy team!!
We’ve had Bad Boys come out a few times for different things. Always amazing!!! highly recommend

This company is extremely unprofessional in how they handle scheduling. I was told just before 4pm someone would be arriving between 4:00–6:00 the same day — with no prior confirmation of time slot. That is not notice, and no client should be expected to drop everything at the last minute. When I explained this was unacceptable, they implied that I had “canceled” when in reality I was never given a proper appointment time. Then they stated that "misconstrued I had open availability" I never said that and even if I did unless it is an emergency a proper time frame should be given with sufficient notice not merely minutes. It is also not a cancellation when your company never made an actual appointment and time slot.
Any professional business provides at least 24 hours’ notice and a set time slot. Expecting a customer to sit around all week waiting for them to show up is unreasonable. If you need reliable and respectful service, I would not recommend this company.
I am glad that the company share the text messages. Which shows they never confirmed any appointments for Thursday and then they expected me to sit home all day without even notifying me until they decided to show up which as you can see I read the message 10 minutes before they claimed they were going to show. What kind of business runs by just showing up when they want and expecting clients to sit home all day waiting for a week. It's amazing how you added an extra paragraph yet that was never received on mine. I shared the screenshots of the full conversation. Unreal
My review is not in retaliation. It is to one others that you are a company as shown in the text messages that does not schedule appointments you expect people to stay home all week and give 5 minutes notice of when someone is to show up. That is extremely unprofessional, not retaliation. For a business you should know the difference and you should do better
